UST is looking for a full-stack engineer with Python on the backend using Tornado/FastAPI and React on the frontend. The role covers software design, development, testing, performance tuning, Agile development, rapid prototyping, requirements analysis, and full-stack development. Node.js and Java are also mentioned for server-side development, while ClickHouse is a plus.
