Machine Learning Analyst – Python and SQL

Citi is hiring a Machine Learning Analyst within its Analytics and Information Management function. The role focuses on working with large and complex datasets to support business strategy, particularly Customer Experience (CX) Analytics for the North America Consumer Bank.

The position involves data collection, processing, cleaning, exploratory analysis, statistical/ML algorithms, data visualization, and developing recommendations from data. The role also requires hands-on Python, SQL and Machine Learning, with preferred exposure to PySpark, NLP, LLM/GenAI and prompt engineering.

The role additionally involves software-development practices such as Git, Jenkins, testing in Dev/UAT environments, deployment pipelines, APIs, production troubleshooting and maintaining deployed ML models.
