Job Description – Customer Insights & Analytics

The LCCI Customer Insights & Analytics team partners with US Customer Insights & Analytics to provide high-quality analytical support to Brand, Market Research, and other internal partners through accurate data, smart analytics, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Develop familiarity with commercial data sources and access and build governed datasets through Gold Layer and semantic-layer assets in Databricks Unity Catalog.

Deliver analytical outputs across the commercial value chain, including patient journeys, segmentation, targeting, channel spend, and persistency.

Translate analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations for brand and commercial teams.

Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports covering brand performance, market monitoring, launch trackers, and KAM/Institutional analytics using Power BI.

Apply Generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to accelerate analysis, draft insight summaries, and explore agentic approaches to automate routine reporting.

Query Gold Layer metric views using SQL and Python in Databricks notebooks to support consistent, governed analytics.

Use Generative AI tools and agentic workflows to automate routine reporting, simplify data summarization, and accelerate delivery of insights.

Participate in stakeholder meetings, present analytical outputs and recommendations, and help translate findings into business decisions.

Technical Skills

Strong problem-solving skills.

Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

SQL experience preferred.

Data visualization experience, such as Power BI, preferred.

Knowledge of AWS services on Databricks preferred.
