Engineer - Active Directory Service Interfaces

The Engineer – Active Directory Service Interfaces role supports daily identity and access management operations in a Microsoft Active Directory environment. Responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, supporting onboarding and offboarding, administering Group Policy, troubleshooting authentication and synchronization issues, resolving incidents within service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining security, compliance, and operational documentation.

Microsoft Active Directory administration

Group Policy Objects (GPO)

Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID fundamentals

Basic Windows Server administration

Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes

ServiceNow or other ticketing systems

Communication and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred / additional skills

Basic PowerShell knowledge

Microsoft Identity or Windows Administration certifications

Education and eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

0–3 years of experience in Active Directory / IAM support
