Business Graduate Associate

Join LSEG’s Data & Analytics Division to develop skills in data analytics, AI, business intelligence, financial markets, and product management. Graduates will collaborate across teams, analyse customer and business problems, use data to support decisions, and help improve products and customer experiences. The programme includes professional development, projects, and opportunities to participate in CSR and volunteering activities. Graduates join on a permanent basis and are aligned to Data & Analytics from day one.

Required Skills

Practical working knowledge of SQL for querying, filtering, and aggregating multi-table datasets.

Introductory proficiency in Python for data analysis.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to use data and evidence to draw conclusions.

Communication and collaboration skills.

Adaptability and resilience.

Foundational understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and corporate finance.

Preferred / Additional Skills

Interest in product management and product-led working methods.

Interest in Data Science, Data Analytics, AI, or Business Intelligence.

Customer-focused thinking and understanding customer needs.

Strategic thinking and teamwork.

Interest in financial markets and financial technology.

Engineering combined with Finance background is preferred.

Degrees in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related quantitative disciplines are particularly welcomed.
