Junior Developer - AI

LEDT-Edutech is seeking a Junior AI Developer to develop and integrate Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI capabilities into digital learning products and platform applications. The role focuses on building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.

The selected candidate will primarily use Python to develop maintainable and scalable code, integrate REST APIs, optimize prompts, support model evaluation and testing, and assist with deploying and improving AI-powered applications. The role also involves building prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, and staying updated on Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents.

Required Skills

Strong Python programming knowledge.

Good software development and programming fundamentals.

Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning.

Hands-on exposure to Generative AI or LLM-based applications.

Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, NLP, and REST APIs.

Exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

Basic SQL and database knowledge.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
