Junior Associate – Infrastructure Management

The Junior Associate – Infrastructure Management role at Virtusa is an early-career position focused on supporting IT infrastructure, monitoring, troubleshooting, cloud-related activities, and technical operations. The role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who have a Computer Science/IT background and want to begin their career in IT infrastructure and technology operations. You will work with infrastructure and technology teams to monitor and maintain systems, troubleshoot technical problems, assist with cloud activities, and support day-to-day infrastructure operations. 💼 Responsibilities Support IT infrastructure activities. Assist with infrastructure monitoring and maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Support day-to-day infrastructure-related tasks. Work with Java where required. Assist with cloud-related activities. Collaborate with infrastructure and technology teams. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Analyze technical problems and assist in implementing appropriate solutions.

Required Skills / Requirements Must-have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. Basic knowledge of Java. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure. Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques. Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues. Good problem-solving and analytical ability.
