Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer role focused on modernizing Barclays’ core platforms and building scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. The role involves backend development with Java/Python and Spring Boot, frontend development with React, database technologies, DevSecOps tooling, messaging systems, testing, secure coding, Agile delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role is based in Pune and includes AVP-level responsibilities around technical leadership, risk/control management, stakeholder communication, and guiding teams or collaborative assignments.
