Business Analyst

PhaseZero is hiring an experienced, customer-facing Business Analyst for its CxCommerce™ digital commerce and customer experience platform. The role involves understanding competitive landscapes and AI/ML innovations, reviewing customer requirements, identifying product gaps, driving product enhancements, and working with professional services, product development, UX, QA and customer-success teams.

The position also involves customer engagement, market research, user-story creation, Agile sprint participation and providing platform expertise to customers and implementation partners.
